When and Why to Expand Upon Paper, Web and Mobile Interfaces

Thursday, April 26, 2018, 1-2 PM EST

Voice is well suited for many of today’s most popular interactions with assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant -- such as checking the weather or playing a song. But when and why do conversational experiences make the most sense for healthcare? What about chatbots and voice-video interactions? Our presenters will:
  • Share research on the power of voice to improve patient engagement and learning
  • Explore “placeona” (place-ona) – identifing how location can influence which type of interactive technology makes sense for people to use
  • Deconstruct voice as an interface to better understand when to use it – and when not to
  • Highlight omni-channel, “create once, publish everywhere” engagement – web, mobile, chatbots, video and more

Thanks to Lizz Wright, UX Design Lead at Worrell, for presenting with Orbita's Bill Cava!
